From 1 to 30 October 2026. Dispatch begins from 1 November. This is the date parcels start leaving us, rather than their delivery date.

Delivery

Tracked delivery in France: €6.90, free on orders of €79 or more. Transit time begins when your parcel is dispatched.

We will email your tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Returns

For non-personalised objects, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, followed by 14 days to return the objects. Return shipping is at your expense.

Objects personalised with your initials are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity remain unchanged.
