Shipping policy
October pre-orders
Pre-orders are open from 1 to 30 October 2026. Dispatch begins from 1 November 2026. This is the date parcels start leaving us, rather than their delivery date.
Your order is paid in full when you place it. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email with your tracking link when your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery charges
- France: tracked delivery at €6.90, free on orders of €79 or more.
- European Union outside France: standard delivery at €12.90, free on orders of €120 or more.
- United States: standard delivery at €29.
- Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: standard delivery at €24.90.
- Other supported destinations in the Americas, Asia and Oceania: standard delivery at €39.90.
The applicable charge is confirmed before payment, according to your address and selected currency. Free delivery thresholds apply to the value of the objects after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Available destinations are listed in the country selector on the website.
Tracking your parcel
Transit time begins when your parcel is dispatched and varies by destination and delivery service. Use your tracking link to follow its progress. If you need help, write to info@lignon1895.com with your order number.
Delivery outside the European Union
Customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may be requested by the carrier or the authorities in the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the delivery fee and are your responsibility. Customs checks may extend transit time.
