Pre-orders are open from October 1 to October 30, 2026. Shipments will begin on November 1, 2026. This date corresponds to when the packages leave, not when they arrive. Your order is charged when it is placed.

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, followed by a tracking link once it is shipped. You can then follow your package until it is delivered.

In France, delivery costs €6.90 and is free for purchases over €79. In the European Union, it costs €12.90 and is free for purchases over €120. For other destinations, the costs are indicated before payment. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply. The transit time begins when the package is shipped.

For a non-personalized item, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your wish to withdraw, and then 14 days to return it. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The brass eraser ring, the notebook, the pocket notebook, the desk set, and the refillable document holder can be personalized with two initials.

On the product page, open "Personalize" and enter two uppercase letters. The additional fee is indicated on the page before adding it to your cart. The placement and typography are set for each item.

You choose the color of the cover and one refill: blank, lined, grid, or weekly planner paper. Refills are also sold separately.

Each color corresponds to a paper type: green is lined, brown is grid, and beige is blank. These pairings are fixed.

Yes. Each label model, the thumbtacks, the bookmarks, and the paperclips each have their own product page.

Each size has its own color: beige for A5, olive for A4, and brown for A3.
