Refund policy

Returns and your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. If an order arrives in several deliveries, this period starts when you receive the last item.

Request a return or cancel an order from your account. You can also write to info@lignon1895.com, with your name, order number and the items concerned. You do not need to create an account to exercise this right.

Returning an object

You have 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal to send the objects back. We will provide the return instructions and address. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Protect the objects for transport and include their accessories and, where possible, their original packaging. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised objects

The right of withdrawal does not apply to objects made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including with your initials. This exception does not affect your statutory rights if an object is faulty or does not conform to your order.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the amounts paid, including the initial standard delivery charge. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refunded.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the objects or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. No refund fee is charged.

A damaged or incorrect object?

Write to info@lignon1895.com with your order number and, if possible, a photograph. Statutory guarantees relating to conformity and hidden defects apply independently of this returns policy.
